It depends on what your trying to stop. Cover 2 & 3 are decent overall zone defense. 2 men Press and cover 1 are good Man defense, I hope that will help |

I agree, but Man Defense is the best to stop the screen pass, which alot of online players tends to overuse. That's I said that it depends on what he's trying to stop.

I hate when I play Cover 2 and they run 3 deep routes (1 on the left, 1 down the middle, and 1 on the right). My safeties always leave the middle wide open and the computer always scores a TD
