You should use this. Wetsand your headlights, dry them off, apply plastic compound (assuming your headlights are plastic), then apply PlastX.
I use it and it keeps them clear for a few months before you have to redo the process. It's a good temporary fix until you buy new ones.

Simple green. But you should just get a can of engine degrease from an auto store. It'll cost like $3-4. _________________ TheWorks

Gunk degreaser works well for engine cleaning....just make sure to cover your filter if you have a aftermarket intake. _________________

Day time running lights ? if so, why take them out ?
If you don't want your DTRLs to be on, pop the fuse out. _________________

thanks guys. now I have a sanded hood but it'll cost too much to get it done professionally. any thips on doing it myself or with help? and my drivers side window either fell off track or the motor is broken so I no longer have a window there. cost estimates on fixing it/ covering it while I don't have a window so I don't freeze when I'm driving? _________________ -Nick

i bought a cf hood and im planning to do this with my bro, the shop said it'll cost 80 to help me change it |
Its not hard to swap hoods.....its a driveway type of job....you don't have to be a full fledge mechanic
but if you feel that its not something you are comfortable with, pay the dude $80 and have him do it. _________________
