Can someone explain to me what Buffalo Exchange is? Someone in the pick up thread said they got Unkles for $35 dollars there and I have never heard about this. Anyone care to shed some light?
Is it in the city of Buffalo? cause I go to school there...

It is a secondhand clothing store,

Steals like the Unkles for $35 is possible because the people selling the shoe to BX are not aware of their value.
