Perhaps.

We had several great applications that came in and Steve and I spent the past week hammering out a plan and contacted a few of the applicants.

I really appreciate everyone taking the time to apply and there was a lot of enthusiasm showcased from everyone. We'll be looking into ways to incorporate the people that weren't in our first tier in the future as well.
