I'm contemplating ordering a subscription and several back issues, but I've noticed that delivery charges are prohibitively high. I live in Chicago and a delivery charge equal to half the merchandise total on my order seems completely absurd. Is this normal?
Also, from browsing the forums, numerous subscribers have had problems getting their issues in a timely fashion, which seems unprofessional. I've tried to contact customer support through phone & e-mail, and it seems that service is pretty lax there too. What gives? |
