i got the aluminum macbook. its watered damage. apple quoted 800 flat rate.. any suggestions where/how to fix?

So I have a HP Media Center m7160n. It won't turn on and there's a green light at the back that keeps blinking. The front power button isn't lit either. Does anybody know how to solve this?

illskillz23 - Yes that's a pretty decent price and also seems good for light work. If you're willing to wait and looking for a possibly better deal, maybe try to wait until Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
asian_pryde - That sort of thing happens to me when my battery dies and if that's the case it could be a number of things. You have a faulty adapter or some bad connection inside isn't allowing the adapter to power the computer.
thongstealer - How bad of a condition is your Macbook in? Check out post #3 here. If I were in your position, I would sell it as a water damaged/as-is Macbook and buy a new one.

300 is a GREAT price for a new laptop and those specs seem more than enough for light use imo. The questions is will THAT model have some sort of discount on either of those sale days. If you aren't in a hurry I'd say why not wait and knowing Walmart, they may drop the price anyway. I would say do a little more research on that model; look for reviews, any lower prices online, etc.

I've got a HP Pavilion dv3500 and I'm looking to upgrade the video card so I can games better, any suggestions? I only get around 20 fps on most fps games and my budget is under 150$.

Yeah, they are going to have a minimum of 10 per store. I remember reading somewhere that these were specifically made for wal-mart so i dont really think id have anything to compare it to. I think im gonna go for it. Sale starts at 8, gonna get there early. Thanks again bro!

Howdy, do certain usb mouses only work for certain windows? I tried a mouse that's a couple years old on windows 7. No response. It works perfectly fine on some older desktops btw. Any thoughts, recommendations?

My guess would be USB ports. USB 2.0 or 3.0.

whenever i start/restart my laptop a box titled "RUNDLL" pops up with a red circle with an X in it, and a message that reads:
"c:\windows\system32\biheseya.dll"
"the specified module could not be found"
what is going on?
