STEP 2:
after you get your soles ICYY youll need to mix the glow in the dark powder with either sea glow or Retr0bright and place the shoes under DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR THE REPTI GLO BLUBS FOR 2-3 6 HOURS SESSIONS.
i suggest getting the glow in the dark powder from
http://www.glonation.com/glow-powder.html because they give you the most for your money.
if you need to know where to get the ingredients for retrObright checkout
http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=Island:9099 ive made this formula and ive gotten about 88oz out of it.
checkout my youtube video on it at
http://www.youtube.com/v/ZPomSrWJi2M
CONS
the effects do wear off a bit so this will have to be repeated.
PROS
do i have to explain the pros..
Enjoy

honestly in my opinion its better to use the bluish glow cause the soles are already that color it would just be easier. the other colors would be a lot harder to do. not IMPOSSIBLE just harder
