I'm still here. Been on this site since the Summer of 2007, around the time when they opened the now-defunct SOLE Bar in Hollywood, and that made me join this site since I live 15 minutes away from there. But other than that, some of the OG members no longer frequent on this site that much cause they moved on with their lives by raising kids and pursuing their full time careers after graduating from college.
I got on here like 04 or 05...can't really remember....I used to go real hard in the music section...I never posted a whole lot though....got banned...waited for a grip to make an account again and here I am...This place has changed a little bit...I remember people bitching about what was hotter ISS or damn Niketalk all the damn time...I didn't know you were considered a OG if you was on here in 05-06??? That's kinda funny
If you get banned your not suppose to create an another account I thought lol
I remember the 02, 03 members from when i first joined. Almost a decade. Thats crazy

Me too man... seeing the mini summit pics of NY & LA were crazy back then.
There would no more than 20 people that would show up to both, only because there were so few people on the forum from those areas.
It's crazy to see how much the forum has grown since I've joined.

people stop posting because honestly the sneaker culture is dead, to me and a lot of people it died when Nike started marketing their stuff to u, which in turn killed it all. I'm 19, and I am collecting new stuff less and less, 05 is my limit, I want nothing past it for the most part.
This thread just tripped me the fuck out hahah....to think 06 is considered OG now. 02-04 is og. I've lurked in the archives through enough threads to see how the site used to be way way back in the day. That was community! Anyways same shit as everyone else said, things change, people grow up, move on from sneakers and etc. If I didn't have my SBR Familia on here i prolly would almost never come on here. I just come here for the few good homies i've made on here.
You're not even close to OG if you don't know remember some of these things
SuperHypebeast
BuddhaTB Pedobear
StoneFaceMovement
When the flamethrower used to have ACTUAL flame wars, 100+ page threads in the matter of hours
When you could post in people's sale threads, and you would have all your homies bump your threads for you. "LEGIT" "Buy my homies shit"
ISS getting hacked and everyone seeing the Mod forums
The great ISS vs NT Steve vs Redman drama
I'm sure there's soooo much more. Who else wants to drop some more shit liek that, bring back some old iss nostalgia
^^^ I remember a lot of that. I remember you could have multiple shoes in one listing too. It isn't like now when you can only have one shoe per listing.
