They already have. It's called First Take. He hijacked the show. It's why it's an all debate format now instead of what the show used to be. Ratings indicate that's what the viewers want.
You're right though, I caught the first hour of Skip-free FT and it was very nice and refreshing without the sports troll going HAM on everything.

his whole act is getting old, just go against whatever the other person says. Seriously that what sports radio/discussion is about. Why would you want to listen to two people agreeing about everything. They have these people disagree for a reason. I stopped watching this guy a long time ago.

Skip does SOMETIMES make good points though.
