This is a lil project I started yesterday and is my first time doing a sole swap so any advice is greatly appreciated. I worked for about 2 hours getting all the midsole off and that was only for one shoe. I'm trying a new method that allows me to not have to unstitch the toe box that way I can just slip the replacement midsole in place and not have to re-glue the front of the shoe. Let me know what yal think so far.

I will be posting more pictures of the progress and if the project is successful I'll upload a how i did it video to youtube.

Thanks for taking a look,

i personally use barge cement, GREAT for attaching the uppers and the sole, but for attaching the sides to the upper, not so much. i havent really figured that out entirely.. im experimenting with a product called powerbond.
