General FAQ's:
1. How do I get the "SC All Access" icons under my username?
Simply send us an e-mail with your username along with your full name and shipping address. Once we verify your a subscriber we will give you the icons.
2. How do I change or update my address?
Hit us up via e-mail with your full name, old address and new address and we will update it for you.
3. How long will it take for my subscription to start?
Since we are a bi-monthly magazine and release 6 issues a year, it could take up to three months for your subscription to start. In most cases whatever issue is out now, your subscription will start with the next issue or the issue after that.
4. How many issues are left in my subscription?
E-mail us with your full name and address and we will look it up for you.

i requested a password so i can see my ticket to update my new address. I requested multiple amount of times and its never been sent. sent an email to xxx@xxxx and havent recieved any word yet... please help thank you

Hi, I submitted a ticket well over 2 weeks ago and never got a response and I also submitted a change of address a month ago but didnt get a response to that or recieve my latest issue, who should i contact to get this resolved since solenoise is not working for me?
