Steve sorry to post like this but i am pissed! I ordered the Kobe Bryant figure online for my nephew's birthday and my credit card was charged and i still have received nothing and the lady over there is not returning my emails!! My nephew's birthday was yesterday and i had nothing for him, not even a response to when he will get his present. Something needs to be done here i am a loyal customer and was at Vegas and Sole Bar grand opening and i support everything you and the SC staff do,but this is real shitty!

It is always good to give feedback about a company. But do not do it publicly. Steve has his own iss username meaning if you really had a problem you can contact him through PM and not put his company on blast.Try calling the number that is located on the Contact Us on The Home Page. I hope as you hope that this problem get's resolved. But putting SC on blast isn't cool.

^^^Maybe i will get a response now. Dont put them on blast??? I haven't said nothing for a week and that is more than sufficient time for them to get back to me and they didn't so now i will put Sole Bar on blast it's nothing personal but there customer service SUCKS!!!!!!
