Those were not the video I meant but that's the idea yeah.

There was a thread on it a while ago, it was some guy in Greece doing it on some True Blues. Correct?

Yes that was it!

I bought some OG '91 Carmine VIs today for 50 euros. Beat to death but what the hell. I want to restore them as well as I can. I'll post up pics tomorrow.

Can't wait to see the pics and compare them to the OG September Blues I bought a while back for $75 with OG box and lacelocks . Beat to death as well, but it's going to be fun restoring them once I get the chance and am able to get a pair of Beijing VIs for a complete sole swap.

Try Hotspot, hes got a thread in this section and he posts in the Soleswap thread.

Eduard, those Carmines look pretty damn good you should get great results out of that restoration.

What glue did you use? I bought the barge infinity and it isn't working as well as my sole swaps. I dont know If it's the patent leather but it's not sticking

Oh man, those carmines look fun. I'd say start by taking off the midsole.

A back tab swap would prove challenging to say the least. And you'd have to fabricate your own Nike air on the back. For the netting swap, I've seen an attempt in the past where some guy just cut out the netting from a '99 fire red V and a pair of grapes () and put the grape's netting into the cracked fire red's spot. I can say it didn't come out very clean. I'd say get a netting donor from some fusion V's

Hotspot, maybe use some type of acrylic?

And on another note, haw did everyone do on Black Friday? And the forums are slow as hell lately, taking like 3 mins to load a page.

I really want to see how it turns out because i have always wondered if a back tab or netting swap could be done and it still turn out clean. Black friday was good, got Black ops 2 and was good also got the bred 4s, the quality was much better than i expected
