Bought some 2001 Black Cement IIIs two weeks ago. They're in great condition, but the right heeltab has started cracking. I'm thinking of swapping the tab when the cracking gets too bad. I also bought some '99 Fire Red Vs worn 2x with a cracked sole for 35 euros. I want to swap the sole but I'm also thinking of swapping the netting.

I got a project similar to this, I have the mold for the back panel heel tab just don't what material to use, as for netting its possible to make a mold and maybe use a clear adhesive and let dry, but I want to see how it goes, good luck, hope it turns out well

I actually wanna take it from a donor shoe. I will only do it when I get a good donor shoe with clear netting though

A back tab swap would prove challenging to say the least. And you'd have to fabricate your own Nike air on the back. For the netting swap, I've seen an attempt in the past where some guy just cut out the netting from a '99 fire red V and a pair of grapes (

) and put the grape's netting into the cracked fire red's spot. I can say it didn't come out very clean. I'd say get a netting donor from some fusion V's
Hotspot, maybe use some type of acrylic?
And on another note, haw did everyone do on Black Friday? And the forums are slow as hell lately, taking like 3 mins to load a page.

Still trying to find some older crack shoes so I can test my hand at sole swapping. People these days want way too much for them since their "collector items", "OG", blah blah blah lol

How would you guys fabricate the heel tab on Black Cement 3s? My idea was that if the upper part with the ridges were cracked, I would buy a pair of Fusion 3s, paint if necessary, and use it as a donor for that section only.
