also, for the bulbs, wouldn't it be the less watts, the better? cause there's a 13-watt 10.0 UVB bulb & a 26-watt 10.0 UVB bulb. would it be better to buy the 13-watt or 26-watt?

But just to put some facts out there, [b][u]the watts DO NOT AFFECT THE RETROBRITE, the UVB output does.[/u][/b] The [u]lower the watts=the less electricity you use[/u], the [u]higher the watts=the more electricity used.[/u] Basically the bulbs are outputting the same amount of UVBs(10), it's just one will be using less electricity doing it. Just tried the retrobrite on the netting of my 99' white cement 4s. Here's the results. Some parts were not retrobrited so you can see the difference.
