ecuamike45- no those will not work. You can purchase acrylic paint at your local arts and crafts store if you don't want to buy Angelus.
DeLaRosa417- that has nothing to do with restorations or cleaning so don't clutter this thread with useless crap
JayRDMV- if the soles are that color and have a lot of wear on them, odds are they will not clear up very much. If they are closer to DS and are that color, odds are they will clear up pretty well.

ecuamike45- that paint should be fine but idk how durable it will be. Angelus is the best paint on the market right now.
JayRDMV- you should be able to get pretty good results then
SneakerWolf- get both. Use duller in the white paint so that it doesn't stand out as much and then use the matte finish to put on all painted areas so that it doesn't have an overly glossy look.
khansaab- pic doesn't work
iamny34- I've never had to clean that material but this sounds like a good way:
Hey SC, I currently have a pair of 01 Concords, but the sole is Amber, Amber to the point it cant turn anymore yellow. I was wondering, would the retrobrite/seaglow method still help it out?. No pics are needed because just Imagine the sole and Amber as it can get lol. And if anything I was told that it would remove traction, but I cant just remove the sole and apply the liquid on the inside of the sole. THANKS PLEASE REPLY NEED HELP
The only way to know for sure is to try it. I have seen them fade somewhat back to clear. You will most likely not see perfect clear soles on them again but it will probably improve some.

seoul supreme this will work http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_SPM649576903P?sid=IDx20070921x00003a&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=SPM649576903
To Seoul Supreme - They were only worn about 4-5 Times. there is no sign to wear in them. If it wasnt for yellowing, these can pretty much be called DS
So I want to repaint my Mars IVs and my True Blue III's due to cracking on the midsoles. I was wondering, should I buy the paint duller or the matte finish from turtlefeathers?

I see a lot of options to clean up and restore the outside of the shoe, but are there any guides to just deep cleaning the inside of the shoe beyond the insole and sock lint??? Some people are pretty gross with their shoes and feet habits and I want to make sure it's 100% sanitary before I wear the shoes.

Oxyclean works pretty good on most shoes to freshen them up. The guys on "Restoremysneakers" actually do a pretty good general cleaning tutorial video. Check that out.
Thanks. I saw a few YouTube vids where people were soaking their shoes. Is that a good method or a bad idea?
