Genetic/Racial Differences in Bodybuilders
THIS IS ON AVERAGE, THERE ARE SOME GENETIC ANOMALIES THAT DO NOT APPLY HERE, HOWEVER THESE ARE AVERAGE RULES TO RACIAL GENES... DON'T BOTHER BRINGING UP A FEW GUYS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES, AS I STATE THERE ARE SOME WHO DON'T, BUT MOST DO
***Also, these are speaking of pure-breeds of their races, as in all their ancestors have the same race, Americans and mixes do not apply.

This one of the elite races for bodybuilding, almost as if bodybuilding and it's ideals were made for black Africans. They have the smallest waists out of all races. They structurally have wide shoulders and backs. They have long arms. They have the best arm genetics of all races (think of a black bodybuilder with shitty arms). They usually can achieve the best conditioning, as well as easier than other counterparts. Only faults is they usually cannot develop their legs as well as their upperbody (all the freakiest legs are white bb'ers), very very rare to see a black bodybuilder that is bottom heavy, but the opposite is very common. They ALMOST ALWAYS have no calves, at all. It usually a very short muscle with a very long tendon, again think of all the bb'ers with the freakiest calves, know any black bodybuilders? Only Bertil Fox comes to mind, the rest are white. They can pack a lot of muscle onto their frame. They have the best shaped muscles, very round, better shape than everyone else. Small short torsos which makes the physique look amazing. Respond the very well to gear, and don't need as much as others.
**Carribean blacks are almost the same but are not as big framed, cannot pack on as much mass, but almost never ever have a problem with conditioning. They are usually the lowest BF people walking around. You know the type that can eat McD's all day long and are still shredded out of their mind.
Second best bodybuilding genes on average. HUGE HUGE frames, can pack on a lot of mass. Also incredibly strong, the farther east you go, the stronger they usually get. Sometimes have calves similar to blacks. These can be the hugest BB'ers if they can even fill out their frames. Usually have small waists, but not always. Not as round muscles as blacks, so even when big can sometimes not look that impressive. Have really long torsos which throws the physique off, makes the chest look small and ruins proportion.
And everyone else...
Close to blacks in shape. Usually tiny frames and clavicles. Usually bad chests because of this. Big ass arms. Big ass calves.
Terrible for bodybuilding. Small structures, cannot pack on a lot of mass (Jason Huh besides being a genetic freak is only half-asian). They have good leg genetics, and almost always have big ass calves.
Usually good frames for bodybuilding. For some unknown reason, almost always have perfectly symmetrical abs. Best abs by far out of all races, they were built to have bad ass abs.
Usually small frames, but good shape. Usually have no problems building legs.
Also a few things of note, as these are genetic...
If you have small calves, DEAL WITH IT. It means you have a short muscle but a long tendon. Stop reading a million articles on how to trick calves into growing. They're small, and always will be.
If you have small ass forearms, deal with it. Same as calves, you either have the bellies or don't. Stop wasting time on all the dumbass forearms exercises. All the dudes with big ass forearms NEVER TRAIN FOREARMS.
If you have no peak on your biceps, they can only get bigger, you cannot train to make a peak. If they have no peak at 15'' they won't have any at 21''.
You cannot train for shape or train for separation. You either have it or you don't. Deal with it.
