You okay man? You pull a testicle? LMAO
Rackpull up? I know of rack pull.... and pull ups... :p
Yeah your stack looks about the same as mine. Although I have been slacking on taking my multi and fish oil! actually running low of fishies.
My pre wo consists of Allmax Beta Alanine, Allmax Arginine, All max Creatine and all max BCAA Intra.
I take 1 teaspoon of each, 7 grams of creatine and a "full" scoop of the amino acid drink which is probably... 20~ grams.
I like all max
This is a rack pull up:

I think if you are going to take whey - you should take BCAA's and if you are going to take CreatineMono - you should be taking beta..they are tag team partners. I am never one to push my ideals/ideas on anyone in the gym...but that is way too much BCAA and creatine PWO! As a base, you should be snagging 20-30g of BCAA a day, but these should be staggered so they keep your body synthesizing protein for the majority of the day. The creatine typically will ceiling at 6g MAX and over that you are not going to use it as intended. Just trying to save you some money, and optimize that body.
Any chance that your BCAA has citrulline malate? That is a good one to sneak in there, most proven of all the other BS the supp companies tell you about getting a pump and aiding in blood flow. I would swap that out with the arginine...haha I feel like "that guy" right now but I am just trying to spit some knowledge.

test.
I keep posting links of my products but it is flagged as spam wtf.
I take the lowest recommenced dosages of the BA and Arginine on their own because I take it indirectly through other things.
here's the amino acid intra. 20 grams wasn't right, it's only 9. I take this once a day.

Here is my mass gainer that I take 2-3 times a day. Usually upon wake up, post work out, and maybe before bed. it's full of everything so it keeps my shit going through out the day.

Corey- At the VERY least I would be taking one scoop pre and 2 scoops post of the BCAA..the profile on that seems pretty normal (although they use a weird ratio, usually it is 2:1:1).
The mass gainer I would scratch from the supps just based on that profile. You would be better suited to just buy "regular" whey protein and a bag of dextrose. I am not sure what you are buying the mass gainer for (price wise) but I would assume that would save you some money. That weight gainer in particular is crammmmmmmmed with "filler" nutrients (as most mass gainers are). I by no means think I know everything about the body - and am sure there are people who would argue my views- but I wish I knew everything about supps at your age that I do now..that is why I am steering you in certain directions. In retrospect, I wasted A LOT of money over the years on things that were no more than a marketing tool for some supplement company.
You can take all of this w/ a grain of salt, or ask away regarding supps - I enjoy helping people out who I know make use of the information.

You think it's full of fillers? I thought the profile was pretty rich/better than most gainers out there.. but I don't know much.
I got the mass gainer just for the cals/ease of it getting it down.

When I look at that profile here is what I see...whey protein, whey isolate (not necessary), carbs (from sugar), creatine (mono is the only proven), vitamins, glutamine, arginine, and BCAA.
Also, 3 scoops as a "serving" is a lot - you can reach those macros with 3 scoops of just about any whey protein - especially if you consider mixing in something high in carb/cal).
My thoughts...you already take CM and BA so there is no need for supplementation, you hit all your vitamin needs w/ your multi, arginine you are supplementing with (and does very little), BCAA you supplement with, sugars you can get from anywhere, and glutamine is only good to broscientists. That is why I say just cut to the chase and get your protein from whey and mix in some dextrose (for added carbs/cals) if that is what you are looking for. I certainly know your situation of trying to get the quick macros but there are just cheaper (easier) ways to do that, in my opinion.

All true lol. But the 5g of sugar? not that big of a deal. I don't give a phuk about macros I don't count what I put in.
What is the difference between whey protein and whey isolate? Thought they were the same.
What product do you recommend? I liked my Isoflex but that is just as expensive. Gold Standard 5lb is also like 70~ bucks in store. I might be able to get it for 50~ online but shipping is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Nothing wrong with that sugar content - I was looking more at the dextrose they use...dextrose is good but you are probably paying a premium to have it in your mass gainer as opposed to just adding it yourself.
In the end, isolate and whey do the exact same thing. Some might contend that, but I would ask them to show me a study that disproves it - they are not there.
What are your shipping rates through a company like
www.dpsnutrition.com? I know you damn Canadians make it a headache so all of this might not be worth anything if you cannot get to the resources without paying twice as much as someone in the states...all of this getting back to why you need to drop down in MI and start making a living!!

Any high fat/protein protein powders in the market? I'm using ON 100% Whey, but I would like something with more of the macros I want.
Mix with milk.
