Some people workout to stay in shape, attract the fairer sex, some to better themselves, or because they crave and need it. Whatever reason you're working out for, make sure you're doing it. I think working out is one of the best things in this world it is literally an anti drug. You feel like complete sh*t when you're doing it but after you are done you feel amazing, there is no other feeling.

If you are looking to loose fat, build some extra muscle, or just to stay in shape here is the place to ask your question and put them in motion throughout your workouts.

TIPS:

- Replace any juices, sodas, or any beverages with water.
- Don't expect to loose a significant amount of weight without doing a form of cardiovascular activity.
- If it tastes good spit it out (You know what I mean)
- Drink water at least 4 liters per day.
-Your diet is as equally important to muscle development than working hard in the gym. Think about food as building bricks for a house you might have a million workers but without enough bricks how will you build the house?
- Do your cardiovascular exercises in the morning right when you wake up. Studies show that this increases your metabolism throughout the day.
- Candy and other artificially made foods or drinks are bad for you they dull your taste buds to the point where a banana or an apple is not sweet at all.

The secret to loosing weight.

I usually charge five payments of $31.99 but I'm feeling generous

1). Wear a Light Grey t-shirt because ancient mayan's believed that grey was a mystical color that would make you loose weight instantly.
2). Next you will start running.
3). Slowly you will be wondering when to stop. But don't until the magically grey t-shirt's kicks in.
4). Wait till the power of the light grey t-shirt kicks in. You will know when this happens when you see dark grey spots coming onto the t-shirt. Don't be scared just keep running. The life force of the world is building up onto you and is enchanting your shirt.
5). Just keep running soon you will be covered in dark spots and soon your whole shirt will be covered in dark grey.
6). That is when you know you have been blesssed and therefore can stop running.
7). Do this for a month and you will be enchanted with a body of a goddess my friend.

Commonly asked Questions :

How do you loose fat?
-It's really not that hard just workout 3 times a week with weights, eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass, reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week. Don't forget your cardiovascular exercises.

Why is stretching important?
- Decreases pain and soreness after exercise, Improves circulation, Improves range of motion, Improves posture, Decreases muscle tension, Reduces muscle sore, Improves your ability to relax, Allows time for mental training, such as visualization.

How do I get bigger arms?
-Will before you run over to the curling rack remember that the triceps make up 2/3 of your arm. So to get big arms you need to workout your biceps as well as your triceps. By the way for biceps or any other muscle more is less and less is more. Since your bicep is such a tiny muscle its extremely prone to over training stunting it's growth. So think about that if your working out your arms everyday.

How do I get a bigger chest?
-Do bench press, simply push ups alone don't cut it. Throw in dumbbell presses, it has greater range of motion and makes your control the weight in your hands. Don't forget to work all the angle in your chest.

How do you get a six pack?
-Six packs are made in the kitchen and it does not come with 3 easy payments of $19.99. Everyone has abdominal muscles because they are necessary in supporting your back. Once you drop below 10%-12% your abdomen will start showing. To bring out thickness do weighted exercises like crunches. Make sure you do cardio three times a week.

Why should I not buy diet pills because I am too lazy to workout?

- Diet pills only curve your hunget without diet and exercise you wont see anything significant. I doubt you want to take pills all your life and when you stop you will quickly gain back what you lost and even more.

Will I loose muscle if I do cardiovascular activity?
- Yes it is true that before you start burning your fat, you burn some muscle. Experts say that High Interval Training (H.I.T) prevents this.

What are sets?
-Sets are the number of repetitions you do of one exercise.

What are compound exercises?
-Exercises involving motion in more than one joint and targeting more than one large muscle group. Ex. Squats and Deadlifts.

I'm new to weight training, what exercises should I do first?
I know your going to run straight over to the dumbbell rack and start bicep curling but before you start with isolation exercises. Just do compound exercises. Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts are key.

Wight Lifting or Muscle Development (Hypertrophy) :

Before working out stretch. If you're new to it stick with the basic and don't lift with your ego. Here are some personal tips. Never ever, ever, ever , ever , ever, ever swing NEVER. First you are cheating yourself the second and most important you might hurt yourself. Try not to use momentum use a controlled range of motion. To build hypertrophy negatives are extremely important when you are doing a chin up explode up quickly and release yourself down slowly. You put more stress on your biceps or other muscles and force them to grow. If you are starting try to stick with your buddy muscles during your workout which are Back-Biceps, Chest-Triceps, Quadriceps-Hamstrings-Calves-Glues, Neck-Trapezius-Deltoids. To build muscle you might consider doing 8-10 reps, for strength training 4-6 reps, for muscle endurance training 12+ reps. When you workout please incorporate squats into your routine it is the king of all exercises and even though it hit the legs primarily it improves your whole body and its the best calorie burner in weight training. Don't neglect your legs and your heart one is suppose to be the strongest muscle in your body and the other is the most important, guys run and workout your legs. Don't be a V.

Supplements:

Whey protein is a mixture of globular proteins isolated from whey, the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production. Some preclinical studies in rodents have suggested that whey protein may influence glutathione production and possess anti-inflammatory or anti-cancer properties; however, human data are lacking. The effects of whey protein on human health are of great interest and this protein mixture is being investigated as a way of reducing disease risk, or as a supplementary treatment for several diseases. Whey protein is commonly marketed and ingested as a dietary supplement, and various health claims have been attributed to it in the alternative medicine community. Although whey proteins are responsible for some milk allergies, the major allergens in milk are the caseins.

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle. Creatine was identified in 1832 when Michel Eug?ne Chevreul discovered it as a component of skeletal muscle, which he later named creatine after the Greek word for flesh, Kreas. In humans and animals, approximately half of stored creatine originates from food (mainly from fresh meat). Since vegetables do not contain creatine, vegetarians show lower levels of muscle creatine. With the help of creatine supplementation vegetarians can compensate for this loss.In humans, about half of the daily creatine is biosynthesized from three different amino acids - arginine, glycine, and methionine. The rest is taken in by alimentary sources. Ninety-five percent of creatine is later stored in the skeletal muscles.

multivitamin is a preparation intended to supplement a human diet with vitamins, dietary minerals and other nutritional elements. Such preparations are available in the form of tablets, capsules, pastilles, powders, liquids and injectable formulations. Other than injectable formulations, which are only available and administered under medical supervision, multivitamins are recognised by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (the United Nations' authority on food standards) as a category of food. Multivitamin supplements are commonly provided in combination with minerals. A multivitamin/mineral supplement is defined in the United states as a supplement containing 3 or more vitamins and minerals but does not include herbs, hormones, or drugs, with each nutrient at a dose below the tolerable upper level determined by the Food and Drug Board and the maximum daily intake to not cause a risk for adverse health effects.

Essential fatty acids, or EFAs, are fatty acids that cannot be constructed within an organism (generally all references are to humans) from other components by any known chemical pathways, and therefore must be obtained from the diet. The term refers to fatty acids involved in biological processes, and not those which may just play a role as fuel. As many of the compounds created from essential fatty acids can be taken directly in the diet, it is possible that the amounts required in the diet (if any) are overestimated. It is also possible they can be underestimated as organisms can still survive in non-ideal, malnourished conditions. There are two families of EFAs: ω-3 (or omega-3 or n−3) and ω-6 (omega-6, n−6). Fats from each of these families are essential, as the body can convert one omega-3 to another omega-3, for example, but cannot create an omega-3 from omega-6 or saturated fats. They were originally designated as Vitamin F when they were discovered as essential nutrients in 1923. In 1930, work by Burr, Burr and Miller showed that they are better classified with the fats than with the vitamins.

Nitric oxide or nitrogen monoxide is a chemical compound with chemical formula NO. This gas is an important signaling molecule in the body of mammals, including humans, and is an extremely important intermediate in the chemical industry. It is also an air pollutant produced by cigarette smoke, automobile engines and power plants.NO is an important messenger molecule involved in many physiological and pathological processes within the mammalian body both beneficial and detrimental. Appropriate levels of NO production are important in protecting an organ such as the liver from ischemic damage. However sustained levels of NO production result in direct tissue toxicity and contribute to the vascular collapse associated with septic shock, whereas chronic expression of NO is associated with various carcinomas and inflammatory conditions including juvenile diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis and ulcerative colitis.
Nitric oxide should not be confused with nitrous oxide (N2O), a general anaesthetic and greenhouse gas, or with nitrogen dioxide (NO2) which is another air pollutant. The nitric oxide molecule is a free radical, which is relevant to understanding its high reactivity.
Despite being a simple molecule, NO is a fundamental player in the fields of neuroscience, physiology, and immunology, and was proclaimed ?Molecule of the Year? in 1992.

Pre Workout Nutrition
STAY AWAY FROM PRE WORKOUT SUPPLEMENTS. These supplements are very bad for you. You may like the pump, but as a teenager you should have enough energy to do the workout anyways, and if you don't then just eat good carbs before your workout and take B vitamins.
Good Pre Workout Foods:
Gatorade
Oats
Potatoes
Bread
Rice
Buckwheat
Salad
