Ron Paul 2012 anyone?
I don't think anyone can go against Obama at the moment.
Ron Paul is awful. Anybody who thinks the Fair Tax is a good idea is ignorant to the world around them.
Anyway I was discussing with a friend of mine today how we may have killed Bin Laden, but maybe he did win the war. Bin Laden's business was more about bankrupting the west than it was blowing things up. And boy did he succeed in making us run up a debt fighting two wars (in places he wasn't even located in) on trillions of borrowed dollars. Not to mention the amount of money put into security, policies, etc. Am I right? I want to hear a counter argument.

[quote:28b2178d01="ucf561boy"]Keep on Spending the system is very complicated and corrupt but it appears intact to the average joe that just watches fox news and cnn. America was a corporation first before it became a country a lot of things that happened within the last few years 20-30 years will have you take a second look, Gold standard to Federal reserve that is not even a government Federal Agency more like a Private Company that prints Money for the government , in other words that government borrows me on daly basis to keep everything going, What would Happen if the Federal Reserve wanted to Cash in one day? The guy in charge of the Federal Reserve is more powerful than the U.S President in my opinion, we claim that we live in a democracy right? in a democracy its a free market you can own a house, car , take out loans and etc but all that is subjected to you credit rating and you depend on banks to give you those loans to help you become a home owner and etc, but you are not in control nor are the banks you controlled by Interest rates that are SET by the Federal Reserve , the guy can wake up tomorrow and set up a new Rate if he wanted too, they do it from time to time where they raise or lower interest rates[/quote:28b2178d01]
That wouldnt happen the fed reserve screwing around with interest rates and wanting to cash in. Because they both count on each other...
This thread is deaddddddd. I'm resurrecting this with some big news, that the countries five largest mortgage issuers are being accused of massive mortgage fraud by the federal government for, defrauding tax payers along with a handful of other allegations, worth billions of dollars in damages.

So true. If we spread the word of the corrupt government that runs our country, we could do damage. It's just hard to do so because there's not much we can REALLY do though.
