wow thats price gouging thou i don't know about the law over there over here in nyc your not allowed to price goug over 20% over retail if you get it from nike everyone got to call nike before the release to complain many store can lose there account over theses
i don't think so man, i'm pretty sure nike doesn't do shit about it.
i know one spot charging $1,500 and they're not taking cards, so in other words, they will have a bunch of people camped out in front of their store for days with thousands of dollars on them...
perfect way to get everyone robbed, hurt, or killed.
now THAT is what nike cares about.
i hope they lose their account over that.
I'm pretty sure Nike has a say to an extent depending on their account, laws, etc. but yeah that's fucking retarded, they're just putting their customers at risk of a robbery or even worst.

I have a feeling that most shops selling them for retail (or close to it bc UBIQ charged 350 for the 1s i believe) will raffle them off.
