I think as much as the prospect of playing in his hometown may be appealing (add to the fact they'll see him as the city's next Jordan - he's signed with Jordan, the poster boy of Jordan, etc) - he's made it clear that Miami is
his city. Miami-WADE County.
If they could maybe get a more reliable distributor (no knock on Arroyo or Chalmers, but Chalmers is more of a threat outside the perimeter, than an actual playmaker) and say...Bosh, he'll stay.
On the other hand I'm sure a number of NBA fans would want to see a Rose-Wade backcourt - two of the more fast, explosive guards in the L.
