Listen here FidAL! Fellow HEATians, FidAL says that Nash would have a good effect on Rio. I vehemently disagree. Rio was very aggressive his 1st yr as a pro. Solid rook. Started 82 games!! Then we yanked him and started who? Carlos Arroyo? Ai yai yai. Then the runaway Rafer Alston, lets not forget the statue Mike Bibby. Look at all the experience we robbed Chalmers of! And all that time our perimeter defense went SOUTH. It took the finals for Spo and Riles to realize that benching Rio was a mistake. By then it was too late.

With Philly losing on purpose & the Knicks holding the tie breaker, looks like Knicks in round 1. Bring it!

I don't respect the Knicks as a team enough to get into any argument this playoff series. Their moral victory is going to 6 or 7 then all off season they can talk about how their going beat Miami in 4 next season.

I will say this about that Nash thing. Defense will take a very small fall, but Miami will be the clear best offense team in the NBA. You can play so many more options on the court. What Miami would be giving up in defense pales in comparison in what the offense would look like. With Nash you could rest Wade all season if you want.

Rio is a legit starting PG and he does lose something coming off the bench. This was his best overall season since his rookie season when talking about only what he did.

I'm sorry Nash makes Miami way better then what Rio can. No diss.

Miami will still be a top 5 defense unit but number 1 in offense. Nash would need help against some pg,but Miami has great help defense.
