Yup, that was a wide open net.
You can say the same things for the Kings. They had their scoring chances to put the game away. And that fluke goal off Voynov, hate goals like that.
But like lazijay said, its playoff hockey and anything can happen. Just glad Kopitar didnt miss..haha

Yup. I forget who, but someone had on the Devils had an open net off a rebound late in the 3rd. The puck just jumped off the stick.
But that's what playoff hockey is all about. I've noticed from the Kings the whole post season is that they capitalize on their chances. And that's what playoff hockey is all about. When Kopitar was on that breakaway in OT, I knew he wasn't going to miss.
Mark Fayne, puck was on it's side, but still he should have netted that
Kopitar in open ice in OT is a give me, happy LA is up so my NJ friends can't talk anymore shit. Let's Go Kings!

That was definitely a smart breakaway he did against Marty. I think most players would've rushed it, but Kopitar took his time on it.
