Is this shoe really that bad? I'd like to get the opinion of somebody concerned with performance first and foremost. Putting aside the clumsiness of the 'system,' suppose you took measures to really secure the insole (such as thoroughly gluing the one you prefer down), would that solve the major issues with movement?

I have not had any issues with the insoles slipping. Once you wear them in they work really well. If you have fat feet or E-EE feet or dont know how shoes should fit you will have issues. I just ordered a 2nd pair of Supremes for $85 shipped. So I like them and I found I really like the PlayStrong the more I wear them.
