Something like that? Ok then....
You are protected with Paypal as long as the money isn't sent as a gift - I believe the seller has 5 days to ship the shoes and provide tracking before you can rightfully file a claim. After filing paypal will freeze the sellers funds and he has 10 days to provide legit tracking - if at the end of those 10 days you haven't gotten any tracking paypal will refund you the money. DO NOT SEND THE PAYMENT AS A GIFT - DO NOT SEND THE PAYMENT AS A GIFT - DO NOT SEND THE PAYMENT AS A GIFT.
Send the payments as a PURCHASE of GOODS.
