Nike LeBron 9: MVP Shoes only in Miami! C`mon now `bron?

Quick question. I bought the Lebron 9 Homes Elites from JimmyJazz.com but after getting them they're all effed up. There's green spots on the kevlar laces on top of just looking dirty. The right shoe is slightly bigger than the left. And I believe my shoe laces are of different lengths. I've read the return policy and don't feel like I want to send it back because it's going to take 2-3 weeks to get my money back. My question is...if I take it to a nike retail location without the receipt would they give me store credit? From my knowledge, I don't believe Nike has a product sticker on their stuff like footlocker and champs do. I mean it'd be more convenient for me to return to a nike retail location, but if i have to I'll send it back to JimmyJazz. I just want my money back ASAP.

They'll ask the reason for your return. Just explain to them what you just wrote about the quality. They'll give you a Nike gift card worth 250+tax. Hope that helps.
