I feel like the 9's acceptance will happen just like it did for the 8. After the 7, essentially a universally loved shoe, the 8 had (no pun intended) big shoes to fill, and took the better part of six months to really get everyone on board with the design. The 9 has the same uphill battle facing it, but I think once the samples start leaking and everyone starts to accept the performance-based design ideas, it will be very successful. Maybe not at the same level as the past two Signatures, but still a great seller, especially to those who will actually play in them.
