Monstar23:
So what if a member has good feedback n then rips u off, it happened to me, and I have all the proof, the thing that people don't know is that a text or a pm from a seller are legal binding offers and contract. Unfortunately it cost money for a lawyer, and can be a pain, but in most cases u will win and if it is a wire transfer can be a federal offense. Sole collector should disallow the pm button and just have the offer button. And should only allow paypal ready sellers to sell on their site, and meet ups. Just a thought

We give the freedom for users to enter into whatever transaction they'd like, but we cannot spend our time resolving these transactions when users send a money order to some kid with 0 feedback. We do not want to restrict activity on the site, but we do want users to understand that if they are not responsible in their transactions here, they're on their own.

The dude who ripped me off was helloworld, he not only scams, but is still on here trying to sell the shoes he doesn't have. To make it more safe, sole collector should make all sellers have a paypal. All my trades anything I buy is legit. You can't trust anyone any more. If it a size 13 hmu, I'm legit I'll do business.

Dude who ripped me off is helloworld, go on his page and offer him on all his kicks and flake. There is more that solecollector. If u use paypal you are protected by them, solecollector does nothing, meetups are not safe, so if they would make it mandatory that the seller has a paypal this can sole some of the problems. I hope helloworld was able to use that money for his crack addiction. If you have texts and emails they are legal documents. I am filing charges with the Indianapolis da/prosecutors office, because it was a wire transfer it is a federal offense so dude would be smart to send the money back or the shoes, because it will cost him way more in court cost, plus I'll get my money, plus he might see some jail time. Sole collector can take more responsibility, but the don't want to. Make a beware of list.

U can sue for the money, more than 500 is grand larceny. Let's start a forum of who not to buy fro
. Solecollector is doing the right thing by taking very little responseability. But if you don't have a paypal u can't sell on their site. Simple fix, get rid of the frauds, and run a clean site. But if u follow there rules, they will suspend there account?¿ Thst is not enough!
