It's not so complicated really. I'll speculate that he/she wasn't raised on the English language and probably worked hard to try to share some opinions with us. What I got from it was that the hype in Japan for these shoes is already off the charts.
It takes a lot of courage to contribute when you know a bunch of people are probably going to clown you for not having proper grammar and syntax. Welcome to the forum...
