Bones and his reach is just too much for any opponent. Those elbows he landed on Evans were beast. This MacDonald kid is the real deal.

It's ova... Too easy for JJ. So who's next? Dana's out of comp for now.
After Dan Henderson he's out... Then most likely it will be a new search for light heavyweights across MMA like what they did to fill the welterweight class as GSP ran through everyone... Add new fighter after new fighter

That JJ/ Evans fight was pretty boring IMO. JJ never really engaged and when he finally caught Evans he didnt go in for the kill.... I think Evans got his respect in the second round when he caught JJ with that looping punch... I think Hendo causes a totally different set of problems that Evans did. Hendo is going to just stay in the pocket because he knows that JJ doesnt that one punch KO power having that said.. I think JJ will just stay on the outside and use his reach to keep him at bay as long as he can.. If JJ finishes Hendo then theres nothing for him to do except move up in weight... People arent going to want to watch boring rematches.. Blah..... on a separate topic... What about Rory MacDonald... That kid is a stud...

There's always a small chance of KO-ing anyone with the H-bomb.
Man if McDonald just avoided Condit for the last 30 seconds in their fight, he would've been a contender long ago. Hes only 22. You guys think he'd fight his teammate St. Pierre ?

Yeah, I second the above Mills comment. He's a sick kickboxer but, just got beat up on the ground. The first round when it started on their feet he was owning MacDonald but, then it went to the mat and it was all over. I think got JJ syndrom he'd def take a shot at GSP but, I think if Condit actually comes out to fight this next time around GSP is going to have his hands real full.
Anyone, know whats going on with Nick Diaz???
BTW- I met someone over the weekend while watching the fight who happens to be a pro wrestler and he said that he speaks with the NYC Athletic commission and UFC will be at the Garden by the end of the year.... UFC's going to need to save their chips for that one....
GSP vs. Condit
JDS vs. Overeem
JJ vs. Hendo
Pettis vs. Barboza
Cerone vs. Diaz pt2

With all this Macdonald talk, how about the other Macdonald? He's a beast too. He gave Torres the business. He needs to fight Barao for a title eliminator

True. After Hendo, Forrest is the only one who is active that has recently held The Strap. But he is 1) not relevant 2) getting worse LOL. I would only use him as fodder for Jones' legacy. Defeated all five prior LHW Titleholders. I still think he's too small to move up, so I see some MWs beefing up. What MWs can hang? (besides A.Silva which wont happen)

MacDonald is a beast and has tons of potential, but I'd still label him as a prospect. Che Mills was a chump who only had one win in the MMA and has zero ground game. MacDonald's beaten a bunch of non-top 10 fighters and has yet to prove his worth against guys like Ellenberger, Koscheck or even Kampmann or Sanchez. He's still got to run with some of the more established names to get my hype.

Yeah that McDonald dude is RAW. He controlled & dominated the fight with great skill & power. I doubt he ever faces GSP cuz the way they made it sound he's GSP's self proclaimed protege. He got a long hill to climb to get to the top of WW anyways.
I agree with you guys after Henderson theres no more competition but i would personally like to see a Jones v Machida rematch, i think Machida is the only LHW that has the skill to beat Jones.
Mcdonalds is a beast, che mills wasn't a chump if you saw his fights over seas youd see that hes actually a good fighter, he should fight Koscheck next and move up the ladder.
