the department of justice in the scammers state will investigate. happened to me with a dude in maryland..new york is a bigger state, busier department, so your going to want to make it look worth their while to investigate


Yup this was where I was directed to by several members on her. Thanks for that guys! Good looking out, we'll see if they'll look into this investigation as well.

Well as of now its hard for local authority to help us if we dont have a firm addresses of this little group and just know they're from brooklyn.

Goddang. That sucks, but paypal is the safest way to go. Paypal can be dangerous too, just be on the look out.

just recently won a poster on ebay payed that night 4 days later i checked and the guy never gave me a tracking number emailed him 3 times he never answered gave it to the deadline of estimated shipping time on ebay he never answered emailed him called him a scammer and a few other things now im waiting to get my money back

I have his facebook, and her tumblr. Well more like others linked it to me. The tumblr for sure is her. For his facebook, I really wouldn't know, we need a few more people to confirm thats him.

Really not sure, pictures isnt really the person personal information such as address.

Luckily for you, ebay is better and good at getting your money back. Usually on ebay I wouldnt pay right away, I would always email or wait for the seller to say something to me first to know hes legit. I would see how good of his feedback really is.

How can you tell if someone on the marketplace is a scammer then ? anyone can put a listing ? damn I want something in the marketplace. How can I know its real ?
