hello guys im not sure were to post this i looked around but im wondering what is there you can do when you recieve a fake pair of Jays when they are listed as authentic?
ive bought jordans before on ebay like 9's 2's and flint 13s and all were legit but im thinking of buying this one pair with one pic and listed as authentic and if the price is right i might go for it
if i recieve it and its fake what can i do? just give him bad feedback and suck it in?

put up a dispute with ebay and tell them your situation. it happened to me where the seller just didnt ship the shoes and ebay got me my money back.

yes , but ALWAYS do the 4% fee with it or else you get nothing...

I go through Paypal instead, that way you don't go through two companies.

i disputed! and won numerous times. from 25-300 dollars worth of sneakers.

just so you know ive done disputes with paypal before over some bad sales & it take about 1-2 weeks for you to get your money back into your account. .because they have to put the dispute in on their end & send it over to someone else for investigations & etc. .then they contact your bank to do a stop payment & a reversal to put the money back into your account. .its a huge head ache well atleast in my case it was. .id recommend you keep looking around to see i f you find them somewhere you know you wont get screwed. .but check the guys feedbacks if their really good then jus wing it or send him a message asking for more photos before you purchase of the sole & inner sole the tongue & heel..

It's pretty easy to open claims on ebay, and it has buyer protection along with paypal.
