Everything looks really clean. I'm feeling all of them but the tee all the way on the right in the second picture. It reminds me in Undefeated a little to much.

Thanks for your concern. We did our research regarding trademarks, and trademarks are registered to their respective fields. For example, dramamine used by Prestige Brands Inc is in the medical field, while we are in the clothing field.
^I would consult an attorney before you put more resources into this if you have not done so. It is not always the case that a trademark holder can only prevent another from using it's mark in the same field. It seems as if you've done a cursory search about trademarks, yes, but the law is not always so cut and dry.
