Hey I have a question.
I reserved something at Louis Vuitton and I walked in today to ask if they had it yet. They didn't get it yet and said in a couple of days it will show up.
Now I've been charged on my card (they have it on file for the reservation) when I got home. I reserved it Feb. 2nd...
Is it normal for them to charge your card and not tell you for your reservation? I thought they didn't charge you until they received the product.

Well my OG SA said it would show up at the store, he'd charge once the store got it and then call me. But it was charged from San Diego CA and I live in AZ. So I guess it's shipping to my home? I'm not sure. The only thing I am mad about is that I was charged and no one gave me notice or even told me it was shipping to my house.

I don't have an e-receipt or sales receipt either. That pisses me off too.

There suppose to call me today when my SA comes in for work though, so hopefully he can shed some light since the other people I talk to give me very limited information.

I got a graphite Sign It bracelet. It looked pretty dope and for the price versus other bracelets similar to it, it seemed to be the best deal. I hope it's relatively big though, since if it's really thin I think it might look terrible.

I would't worry about it. I'm sure your SA will straighen it all out and you'll get your Bracelet sometime this week.
