any idea how to do this? i dont get it.. i understand how to get it off but how does he get the sticker to apply it on? and make the logo thick also?

he used cardboard i think but i see it as making a fake tbh so I wouldn't even start doing it lol

It's like a thick rubber decal or some other type of material that he's cutting it out of.
It's definitely an interesting project to get started on. Looks like it takes some serious time and effort to get it right.
I wouldn't say it's like making a fake, it's more of a customization... as long as you don't go trying to pass them off as legit OGs and try to sell em.

I heard from some other threads you can possibly use a dvd/cd case and cut it with an xacto knife, then glue it on. But idr where I saw it.
I'm just doing my best, not really trying to impress.

All you need is a dremel to remove the old logo, a exacto knife to cut out the new one, and some rubber cement (or any other kind of super glue) to adhere it to the heel tab.
But I'm telling you, it's gonna take trial and error. You should test it out on some beaters before moving the project to your top-shelf kicks.
Rock more, Stock less.

I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you have some serious experience, you could cut too far or easily mess up a perfectly good pair of 3s
