No I'm not stupid lol
Stupid PayPal gave him a refund because they thought MY account got hacked and then they limited it so now I can't receive payments or do anything and he has the guitar and he doesn't want to pay through Google Checkout

Yes.
They limited my account for no reason at all.
(The rep said I had to get a lawyer if I wanted to know why they limited my account).
I've had it for 6 years and I've never had any chargebacks (EVER). I've never had it limited before and no problems at all.
Then I get an email saying it was permanently limited. This sucks.

why don't you just follow the steps to get your account off limited access?

you probably signed on a computer with a paypal banned ip address, or someone whos account is now banned signed onto your computer at some point
