I've had a pair of Air Jordan IX's I bought in Florida back in 1993 that are Black, Dark Charcoal and Royal Blue in a size 14 that has a number 1 instead of 23 on the back. I read that Penny Hardaway wore them that year and even have a picture of the same shoe. I've tried to find info on these shoes, but have only found the one article and picture of this particular pair of shoes. Does anyone have any info on these? He wears a size 14 and was playing for Orlando when I bought these. Any info would help.

I bought them back in 1993 for the regular price of the Air Jordan IXs. I didn't realize they had Penny Hardaway's number on them until I got home. I just thought they were a special color scheme. I had a friend offer me $200 back in the mid 90's because he liked them so much. I've had them in the box since 1995. Just pulled them out and was curious if anyone else had ever seen them.
