A favorite amongst hoopers during its original 1994 release, the Air GO L.W.P. still stands tall as an elite performance basketball shoe more than fifteen years later. LightWeight Performance is pretty much always welcome in sneakers.
With the Air GO L.W.P. already having returned in its original Black/ Varsity Royal/ White look, as well as new colorways like Black/ Varsity Red/ White and Wolf Grey/ Black, here we have a first look at yet another original colorway that's scheduled to release early next month. Featuring a white synthetic leather upper, varsity royal overlay and midsole accents, and a black neoprene inner sleeve, the L.W.P. Retro comes equipped with the original cushioning platform that earned the shoe its on-court praise, with a heel Max Air and forefoot Zoom Air once again incorporated into the footbed.
You can look for the White/ Black/ Varsity Royal Air GO L.W.P., then seen on the feet of Jason Kidd, Penny Hardaway and many more NBA players, to be available this March at retailers like Eastbay.
