This is the Nike New Air Force 180 Mid. A new take on the classic Air Force 180. These were the first retro colorway released. A "Glow-in-the-Dark" edition, these were part of the limited "Halloween" Pack which was available at select Nike accounts just in time for Halloween in October of 2012. Featuring a grey-based upper with parts of the show glowing in the dark. Retail was $130 and, they came in the generic brown Nike Sportswear box.
