This is the Nike Air Yeezy. Designed by Kanye West, this was the first colorway released. A very limited release in April of 2009, they were available at select Nike accounts and retailed for $215. They came with lacelocks and also feature "Yeezy" stitched on the back heel tab. Known as the "Zen's," the nickname comes from the shoes colorway description. This was the beginning of the Nike x Kanye West craze that still continues today.
