This is the "Treadwell Eagles" edition of the Nike Air Penny V. The first Penny V colorway released. These were inspired by Penny's high school alma mater. Featuring a red-based upper with black and white accents sitting on an icy blue translucent outsole. They were a limited release available at select Nike accounts worldwide in September of 2012. Retail was $165 and, they came in the generic brown Nike Sportswear box.
