This was the first Nike Air Penny III Retro. An original colorway, they were a general release available at select Nike accounts worldwide in January of 2009. Coming in the classic black and royal, they feature a black-based upper with royal blue accents. Retail was $155 and, they came in the generic brown Nike Sportswear box.
