This Air Force 1 Low was made to commemorate Halloween 2012. A part of the "Glow" Pack that also featured a Nike New Air Force 180 Mid. Featuring a grey-based upper with a glow-in-the-dark Swoosh on the sides and outsole as well as on the paint splattered midsole. These were a limited release available at select Nike accounts worldwide in October of 2012. Retail was $90 and, they came in the generic grey Air Force 1 box.
