This pair of Air Jordan XI Retro Low IE's were released in August of 2011. A brand new colorway, they feature a white leather upper with a metallic silver Jumpman on the tongue, black cement print and finished off by a nice icy blue outsole. They were the second XI Low IE released that year, and the last. Retail was $120 and they were a general release.
