This is the "West Coast" edition of the Air Jordan XIX. It was released alongside two other colorways with each one a regional release available only in specific areas. These could be seen on the feet of Gary Payton while he was playing for the Los Angeles Lakers. Like the others they were a general release but because you could only get them out West made them limited to everyone outside of that region.
