This colorway of the Air Jordan XIII is known as the "playoff's." This was due to people seeing MJ wearing them during his final run at an NBA championship in 1998. He also wore these during the '98 NBA All-Star Game. They were the final colorway of the XIII to be retroed, not including the lows. The retros were released in 2011, thirteen years after the originals.
