The "Fire Red's." This original colorway was the final OG to get retroed. It was released in 2006 and was one of the last V Retro's released that year. They released alongside a women's low top colorway. These were also the first pair to feature the number "23" stitched on the sides since the Retro+ colorways released back in 2000. But, this colorway had to have the "23," just like the originals did. These retailed for $135 and came in the black/silver Jordan box along with lacelocks and a retro card. They came with a hangtag as well, but not the orange one found on previous colorways, a new cement print style one. Which was only featured with this colorway.

Another beautiful Jordan V colorway, but the materials used to make these are crap. Plastic type leather, just like the Fire red Mars IVs. I'm not sure what Jordan was thinking here, but they really got lazy and cheap using the cheap leather on these. Another interesting fact is that they did not use 3m on the tongue. The tongue is black and we already know they have black 3m like the material used on the "Lakers" Jordan VI. I'm not sure why they didn't use that on these or why they used cheap leather on such an iconic and classic Jordan Colorway.
