This pair of Air Jordan XII Retro's were made exclusively for Carmelo Anthony. They are one of the many different colorways of the Jordan XII Retro made for Melo. You could see them on his feet during the 2003-'04 NBA season. They feature the number "15" stitched on the heels as well as a strip of patent leather on the upper. As with all PE's, these were never sold in stores or available to the public.
